Cannazon is a legal multi-vendor marketplace that allows vendors and buyers to safely and securely purchase cannabis, smoking and vaping related products. We DO NOT currently allow the sale of products containing THC to be sold on our marketplace. We hope to change this in the near future on a state by state and country by country bases, by only allowing the sale of THC products within states and countries where the sale and purchase of product containing THC is now legal.
In order to shop on Cannazon, become a vendor or participate in our community forums, you must be of at least 18 years of age if you live in the United Kingdom and at least 21 years of age if you live in Europe, America, Canada, Australia or the rest of the world.
Cannazon will always do their best to ensure this, but it is also our vendors responsibility to also ensure that the products they sell on our marketplace are only to countries and states where the said product(s) are legal and not to sell them to anyone under the legal age to purchase them in the country the customer is based in.
All users of Cannazon agree that access to and use of our marketplace and its services are subject to the following terms and conditions, privacy policy and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, please do not use our marketplace or its services.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register our marketplace, place an order, communicate with us via e-mail, or participate in using another site feature such as our messaging or disputes system. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, payment, order details or other information. You may, however, visit our marketplace anonymously. The address on your orders is highly encrypted and also protected via PGP encryption. This ensure that no one, other than the vendors you have placed your orders with can ever see your delivery addresses.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, surf our marketplace, or use certain other website features in the following ways:
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To quickly process your transactions.
- To administer a marketplace promotion or other website features.
How do we protect visitors information?
Our marketplace has been custom coded from the ground up and our in house team of experts have implement a variety of complex security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of Cannazon staff who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/payment information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above. Your delivery addresses are also protect via PGP encryption. This ensures that your delivery address can only ever be viewed by the vendors you have purchased items from. Cannazon’s infrastructure is split across several different servers, further enhancing security whist you are using our services.
Do we use Cookies or JavaScript?
We do not use any cookies or JavaScript on our marketplace.
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include ‘www.cannazon.market, www,cannazon.co.uk or www.forums.cannazon.co.uk. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our marketplace, websites, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to enforce our marketplace policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our marketplace and remove your information and then delete your account. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Typographical errors:

If your order has been paid for and is cancelled, ‘www.cannazon.market or www.cannazon.co.uk’ shall issue a refund to the most current wallet address that you have stored on your account.

Harassment in any manner or form on the marketplace, including via e-mail, our messaging and disputes system, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Cannazon member of staff or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the marketplace is strictly prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the marketplace any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the marketplace or use the marketplace to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organisation.
